I’m a little worried that anyone reading this will be skeptical of the praise I’m going to give Gilberto Cunha, thinking that it’s too lavish.  It isn’t.  If anything, I’m underselling the excellence and range of this talented man.  There is almost nothing related to home improvement that he doesn’t do expertly.  So far, he has put up walls and ceilings, painted an entire 2-floor apartment, opened up two rooms by installing beams, hooked up sinks, toilets, and a shower, made sound aesthetic choices when asked, and recommended competent and reliable tradespeople for jobs where licensing and pulling permits was required.  Gilberto is unfailingly courteous, and he works hard; he shows up on time, is honest and trustworthy, and his pricing is extremely reasonable.  Add to all this to the fact that he’s quiet and takes time to clean up after himself.  

I brought him onto an overly large job at my house, and he has flawlessly accomplished everything asked of him.
